Rhinos win 5-1 on road against Mudbugsthe El Paso Rhinos won on road on Friday, handing the Shreveport Mudbugs a defeat 5-1.

The Mudbugs opened strong, taking the lead when Jake Mack scored the first goal after 15:24, but the Rhinos' Bo Cosman tied it up just one minute later.

The second period remained scoreless for a long time. With two quick goals from Alexander Babich and Donovan O'Neil at 53 seconds apart near the end of the period and took control of the game.

The Rhinos continued to be dominant in the third period and won 5-1 in the end. The goals in the final period were scored by Donovan O'Neil and Alexander Babich.

The Mudbugs were whistled for 23 penalties, while the Rhinos spent 20 minutes in the penalty box.

The teams will soon play again in the next matchup on Saturday, April 6 at 7:11 p.m. CST at George's Pond Hirsch Coliseum.
