The visiting team took the lead in the first period, with a goal scored by Oliver Band. Greg Spitznagel assisted.
The IceRays tied it late into the first period, after a Dominic Foglia's goal assisted by Peteris Purmalis.
The Rebels scored again late in the first period, after a Matt Lewis' goal assisted by Dylan Blue.
After that the game entered an indecisive standstill. Connor Sedlak scored in the middle of the second period, assisted by klaus jogi.

In the third, Michael Casey scored in the third minute, assisted by Dominic Foglia and Oliver Stumpel, narrowing the gap for the IceRays.
Greg Spitznagel scored midway through the third period, assisted by Kristians Samitis, increasing the lead for the Rebels.
Oliver Band scored his second goal 13 minutes into the period, assisted by Maxwell Marquette.
