Odessa Jackalopes win at home against El Paso Rhinos

The Odessa Jackalopes won the home game against the El Paso Rhinos 4-2 on Friday.

The Jackalopes took the lead late into the first period, with a goal from Ryan Mansfield. Tanyon Bajzer and John Wojciechowski assisted.

The Jackalopes increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Emerson Goode late in the first, assisted by Dayne Hoyord and Logan Ganz.

The Jackalopes scored one goals in second period an held the lead 3-2 going in to the second break.

Tanyon Bajzer increased the lead to 4-2 early in the third period, assisted by John Wojciechowski and Jackson Hay.

The teams now have the chance to fine-tune their tactics, as they play each other again in the next matchup on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. CST at Ector County Coliseum.
