The Norsemen took the lead at 18:20 into the first period, with a goal scored by Brandon Lajoie. Blake Perbix and Evan Murr assisted on the play.
After that the game entered an indecisive standstill. Max Strand scored at 15:30 into the second, assisted by Broten Sabo and Blake Perbix, to give the Norsemen the lead.
In the third, Jan Lasak scored in the remaining 34 seconds, assisted by AJ Casperson and Cy LeClerc, closing the gap for the Jets.
In the third period, Ryan O'Neill scored in the 13th minute of the third period, assisted by Leo Gruba and Hunter Hanson, increasing the lead for the Norsemen.

The Norsemen increased the lead to 4-1 with 03.00 of play remaining after a goal from Nick Young, assisted by Peyton Hanson.
The Jets were whistled for 10 penalty minutes, while the Norsemen spent six minutes in the penalty box.
The teams play their next games on Friday. Jets will host the Minnesota Wilderness at 7 p.m. CST at Janesville Ice Arena, and Norsemen will visit the Minot Minotauros at 7:35 p.m. CST at Pepsi Rink at Maysa Arena.
