After that though, it was mostly about the Tomahawks. The Johnstown Tomahawks regained the lead after 6:47, and eventually pulled ahead with a 3-1 lead.

But the Nordiques made three straight goals and went from 3-1 to 4-3.

The Nordiques scored in the third, receiving goals from Brendan Gibbons (2), Zion Green, Aidan Connolly and Theo Thrun (2). The final goal came with 02.23 left to play.

The Nordiques were whistled for 10 penalties, while the Tomahawks spent 12 minutes in the penalty box.
