New Jersey Titans win against Northeast Generals in overtime

The New Jersey Titans managed to squeeze out an overtime road win against the Northeast Generals, ending 2-1 in the action on Saturday.

The New Jersey Titans managed to squeeze out an overtime road win against the Northeast Generals, ending 2-1 in the action on Saturday.

New Jersey's Owen Luik scored the game-winning goal.

The Titans first took the lead in the third period, with a goal from Ben Muthersbaugh, assisted by Marcus Sang and Dominik Bartecko.

The Generals tied the score 1-1 with 01.38 remaining of the third period after a goal from Sixten Jennersjo, assisted by Ryan Schelling and Jake LaRusso.

In overtime, it took 31 seconds before Owen Luik scored the game-winner for the road team, assisted by Anthony Calafiore and Dominik Bartecko.

The Titans have now won four games in a row.
