The visiting team took the lead late into the first period, a goal by Landon Parker. Ronan Walsh assisted.
The Aberdeen Wings players increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Patrick O'Connell late in the first, assisted by Jaxon Grosdidier.
Landry Schmuck scored in the second period.
Justin Dauphinais narrowed the gap to 3-1 in the middle of the third period, assisted by Nick O'hanisain and Colby Joseph.

The Minot Minotauros players narrowed the gap again late into the third when Justin Dauphinais netted one, assisted by Chase LaPinta.
The Aberdeen Wings players increased the lead to 4-2 with 01.20 of play remaining in the third after a goal from Alexander Gullichsen.
The Minot Minotauros players were whistled for 5 penalties, while the Aberdeen Wings players received 6 penalties.
