Minnesota Wilderness victorious against Anchorage Wolverines

The Minnesota Wilderness defeated the Anchorage Wolverines 3-1 on Sunday.

The Minnesota Wilderness defeated the Anchorage Wolverines 3-1 on Sunday.

The visiting team took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Hunter Bulger. Joe Cesario and Gustav Ozolins assisted.

Charlie Erickson scored halfway through the second period, assisted by Hunter Bulger and Ren Morque.

The Wolverines narrowed the gap to 2-1 within the first minute of the third period when David Tolan netted one, assisted by Jackson Reineke.

Cole Gordon increased the lead to 3-1 five minutes later, assisted by Reid Daavettila.

The Wilderness chalked up five straight road wins.
