It was smooth sailing for the Minnesota Wilderness as they claimed another victory on Friday against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, making it four in a row. They won 2-1 over Fairbanks.

The first period was scoreless, and, after only 41 seconds into the second period, the Wilderness took the lead when Eddie Shepler opened the scoring assisted by Severi Sulonen and Michael Quinn.

Late, Beau Janzig scored a goal, assisted by Joe Cesario and Noah Griswold, making the score 2-0.

The Ice Dogs narrowed the gap to 2-1 in the very last seconds of the second period, with a goal from Cameron Ricotta, assisted by Billy Renfrew.
