It was smooth sailing for the Lone Star Brahmas as they claimed another victory on Friday against the Corpus Christi IceRays, making it five in a row. They won 4-2 over Corpus Christi.

The visiting Brahmas started off strong and took the lead right after the beginning of the game with Johan Rosenquist scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Jesse Kirkby and Ryan Prewitt.

The Brahmas increased the lead to 2-0 with another goal from Johan Rosenquist in the first period, assisted by Antti Autere.

The IceRays scored late into the first period when Anthony Cafarelli scored, assisted by Simon Becar and Dylan Contreras.

The Brahmas scored one goals in second period an held the lead 3-2 going in to the second break.

Copeland Fricker scored early in the third period, assisted by Johan Rosenquist and Jakob Karpa, and sealed the win.
