The Warriors scored in the second, receiving goals from William Lawson-Body and Philip Tornqvist. The final goal came with 37 seconds left of the period.
The Warriors made it 3-0 when Drew Vieten scored goal, at 15:53 in the third period. That left the final score at 3-0.
The Warriors were whistled for 13 penalty minutes, while the Mudbugs received 14 minutes.

Next up, the Warriors face the Corpus Christi IceRays at 7:05 p.m. CST at Kay Yeager Coliseum, while the Mudbugs face the Amarillo Wranglers road at 7:05 p.m. CST at Budweiser Bull Pen. Both games are scheduled for Friday.
