Impressive win for Jr. Bues

Four goals scored – and a shutout. The Springfield Jr. Blues secured the road victory against the New Jersey Titans. The game ended 4-0.

Four goals scored – and a shutout. The Springfield Jr. Blues secured the road victory against the New Jersey Titans. The game ended 4-0.

The Jr. Bues started off well with a 2-0 lead with two quick goals from Brayden Cook and Justin Kingery.

The Jr. Bues were also sharp in the second period, taking a 4-0 lead after goals from James Callahan and Jake Peterson.

The third period was scoreless as the Jr. Bues held on to their 4-0 lead and won.

The Titans travel to Danbury on Friday at 6 p.m. CST at Danbury Ice Arena. The Jr. Bues visit Fairbanks to play the Ice Dogs on Friday at 7:05 p.m. CST at Nelson Center.
