The Ice Wolves opened strong, as the game was just getting started with Nicloas Haviar scoring within the first minute of the first period, assisted by Sully Scholle and Dillan Bentley.

The third period remained scoreless for a long time. With two quick goals from Sully Scholle and Jeff Hutchinson at 23 seconds apart near the end of the game and decided it. The final goal came with 01.06 left to play.

The teams play each other again for Game 4 on Friday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m. CST at Outpost Ice Arenas.
