Goffredo's two goals give Bruins the win

The Austin Bruins defeated the hosting Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks on Friday, ending 5-3.

The Bruins took the lead in the middle of the first period, with a goal scored by James Goffredo. Austin Salani assisted.

The Bruins scored once again, making it 2-0 with a goal from James Goffredo after 1:07 in the second period.

The Hat Tricks narrowed the gap to 2-1 after Nash Jacobsma found the back of the net in the period.

The Bruins made it 3-1 again with a goal from Walter Zacher with 05.34 remaining in the period.

The Hat Tricks came back once again, making it 3-2 after Luka Sukovic beat the goalie in the third period.

The Bruins took the lead 4-2 when Dylan Cook netted one after 8:45 in the period.

The Hat Tricks made it 4-3 after Luka Sukovic scored in the period.

The Bruins managed to decide the game 5-3 with 33 seconds left when Austin Salani found the back of the net.

The Hat Tricks were called for 7 penalties, while the Bruins received 10 penalties.
