The Bruins recaptured the lead at 11:18 of the period, after a Jens Richards goal assisted by Kade Shea and Braidan Simmons-Fischer.

The Bruins had a good start to the second period. They went from 2-2 to 4-2 after goals from Nick Catalano and Ocean Wallace before the Norsemen replied and made it 4-3 when Blake Perbix scored.

The Bruins scored in the third, receiving goals from Anthony Menghini and Carson Riddle. The final goal came with 01.55 left to play.
The Norsemen were whistled for six penalty minutes, while the Bruins spent eight minutes in the penalty box.
On Friday, the Norsemen will host the Bismarck Bobcats at 7:15 p.m. CST at VFW Sports Center and the Bruins will host the Aberdeen Wings at 7:15 p.m. CST at Odde Ice Center.
