Amarillo Wranglers win on the road against Corpus Christi IceRays

The Amarillo Wranglers won when they visited the Corpus Christi IceRays on Saturday. The final score was 4-2.

The IceRays opened strong, with Stepan Kuznetsov scoring in the first minute, a goal assisted by Hans Martin Ulvebne and Simon Becar.

The Wranglers' Pierce Patterson tied the game 1-1 late in the first period, assisted by Roman Zap and Trey Williams.

Three goals were scored in the second period, and the Wranglers led 3-2 going in to the third period.

The Wranglers increased the lead to 4-2 early into the third period when Jack McDonald found the back of the net, assisted by Rihards Simanovics and Pierce Patterson. With that, the Wranglers turned the game around.

The IceRays were called for seven penalties, while the Wranglers received five penalties.
