Amarillo Wranglers victorious against Odessa Jackalopes

The Amarillo Wranglers defeated the Odessa Jackalopes 8-6 on Friday.

The first period ended with the score being tied at 3-3.

Three goals were scored in the second period, and the Amarillo Wranglers players led 6-3 going in to the third period.

The Odessa Jackalopes players narrowed the gap to 6-4 within the first minute of the third period when Josh Austin scored, assisted by Emerson Goode.

The Odessa Jackalopes players narrowed the gap again with a goal from Ryan Kelly, assisted by Ryan Mansfield at 9:13 into the third period.

Tommy Chunchukov increased the lead to 7-5 eight minutes later, assisted by Jase Sofo and Chase Davis.

The Amarillo Wranglers players increased the lead to 8-5 with 01.07 of play remaining into the third after a goal from Jack Ivey, assisted by Chase Davis.

The Odessa Jackalopes players narrowed the gap to 8-6 with 30 seconds of play remaining in the third after a goal from Emerson Goode, assisted by Andrew Stacey and Josh Austin.
