The Aberdeen Wings have gone through a tough spell with a run of four straight defeats. But after a 5-1 victory over the St. Cloud Norsemen, things are looking brighter.
The first period was scoreless.
The Wings claimed three straight goals in the second period as the team pulled ahead 3-0, in just 8:45.
The Norsemen narrowed the gap to 3-1 after Nik Hong found the back of the net in the period.
The Wings scored again, making it 4-1 with a goal from Nils Forselius with 04.35 remaining in the period.

Ronan Walsh scored his second goal late into the third period, assisted by Jackson Anderson and Nikolai Tishkevich, for a final score of 5-1.
