The Yellowjackets started the second period strong, receiving goals from Jake Stella, Chris Dodero and Zak Galambos.

The Yellowjackets continued to be dominant in the third period and won 7-0 in the end. The goals in the final period were scored by Chris Dodero, Blake Bennett and Julius Janhonen.

The Yellowjackets were whistled for just four penalty minutes, while the Falcons received 40 minutes.
