The hosting Lakers opened strong, at the beginning of the game with Ben Hines scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Cooper Moore and Easton Kennedy.
Tommy Suckert scored early into the second period, assisted by Cole Larson.
The Lakers made it 3-0 with a goal from Carter Bellefeuille.
Eagles' Evan Girdler tallied a goal late, making the score 3-1. Jackson Hoefer and Gavin Girdler assisted.

The Lakers increased the lead to 4-1 early in the third period when Jack Turner netted one, assisted by Aiden Kennedy and Cole Deraney.
Cole Deraney increased the lead to 5-1 seven minutes later, assisted by Cole Larson and Aiden Kennedy.
Evan Girdler narrowed the gap to 5-2 four minutes later.
Easton Kennedy increased the lead to 6-2 two minutes later, assisted by Jack Turner and Cooper Moore.
