Gentry Academy win on the road against Blake

The Gentry Academy won when they visited the Blake on Saturday. The final score was 6-2.

The Gentry Academy players started off strong and took the lead right after the beginning of the game with Campbell Heger scoring in the first period, a goal assisted by Cara Sajevic.

The Gentry Academy players increased the lead to 2-0 in the middle of the first period when Cara Sajevic scored.

Suzy Higuchi scored early into the second period, assisted by Charlotte Opp.

Gentry Academy's players Jenessa Gazdik tallied a goal late, making the score 3-1.

The Blake players narrowed the gap to 3-2 early in the third period when Suzy Higuchi netted one yet again.

Grace Delmonico increased the lead to 4-2 four minutes later, assisted by Campbell Heger.

Jenessa Gazdik increased the lead to 5-2 three minutes later.

Jenessa Gazdik increased the lead to 6-2 five minutes later, assisted by Riley Avelar and Maiah Aanenson.

The Blake players were whistled for no penalties, while the Gentry Academy players received no penalties.
