The game-winning goal was scored by Mercyhurst's Gueorgui Feduolov.
The hosting team took the lead in the first period, a goal by Noah Beck. Ayrton Martino and Anthony Romano assisted.
Carson Briere scored late into the second period, assisted by Brendon Michaelian and Rylee St. Onge.
In overtime, it took 3:27 before Gueorgui Feduolov scored the game-winner for the road team, assisted by Brendon Michaelian.
