Ferris State Bulldogs won at home on Saturday, handing Canisius Golden Griffins a defeat 4-1.

The hosting Bulldogs took the lead in the first period, a goal by Mitch Deelstra. Jason Brancheau and Bradley Marek assisted.

The Bulldogs increased the lead to 2-0 early into the second period when Dallas Tulik beat the goalie, assisted by Nick Nardecchia and Connor McGrath.

Halfway through, the Bulldogs made it 3-0 with a goal from Matt Slick.

Stepan Pokorny then tallied a goal late, making the score 4-0. Brenden MacLaren and Jacob Dirks assisted.
