The Fergus Falls bested the visiting Marshall 5-1 on Friday.

The Fergus Falls players took the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Hannah Bye. Rylynn Krein and Brook Zierden assisted.

The Fergus Falls players increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Maddie Hulter late into the first, assisted by Lydia Johnson.

Tyra Skjeret scored early into the second period, assisted by Skye Norgren.

Halfway through, the Marshall's players Brooklyn Mauch scored a goal, assisted by Aubree Metheny, making the score 3-1.

The Fergus Falls players increased the lead to 4-1, after only 30 seconds into the third period when Maddie Brimhall found the back of the net.

Maddie Hulter increased the lead to 5-1 six minutes later.
