Dennis Doeden

Dennis Doeden, former publisher of the Bemidji Pioneer, is a feature reporter. He is a graduate of Metropolitan State University with a degree in Communications Management.

He joined Forum Communications Company in 1979 and worked at The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead for 22 years in various newsroom positions. BEMIDJI -- R.H. (Bob) Peters was an assistant men’s hockey coach at the University of North Dakota the fall of 1963, and the team was preparing for a two-game series in Grand Forks when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
