Connecticut wins 3-2 at home against Maine Black Bears

Connecticut claimed a single-goal win in a game against Maine Black Bears on Saturday. The team won 3-2.

UConn's Justin Pearson scored the game-winning goal.

The Black Bears took the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Felix Trudeau. Grant Hebert and Justin Michaelian assisted.

Matthew Wood scored early into the second period, assisted by Justin Pearson.

Late, Chase Bradley scored a goal, assisted by Nick Capone and Tom Messineo, making the score 2-1.

Lynden Breen tied the game 2-2 late into the third period, assisted by Ben Poisson and Reid Pabich.

Just just one minute later Justin Pearson scored, assisted by Andrew Lucas and Matthew Wood, and decided the game.

The Huskies chalked up four straight home wins.
