The Black Bears took the lead halfway through the first period, with a goal from Jakub Sirota. Nolan Renwick and Thomas Freel assisted.
The Huskies tied the score 1-1, after only 33 seconds into the second period when Chase Bradley found the back of the net, assisted by Harrison Rees and Ty Amonte.
The Huskies made it 2-1 halfway through when Tabor Heaslip scored, assisted by Jake Veilleux and Jake Flynn.
Late, the Black Bears made it 2-2 with a goal from Justin Michaelian.
In overtime, it took 44 seconds before Ty Amonte scored the game-winner for the home team.
