The Stingers increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Amanda Bauer late into the first, assisted by Olivia Kurtz.

The Blazers narrowed the gap to 2-1 early into the second period when Chloe Lewis netted one, assisted by Corrine Brown.

Jillian Tabaka increased the lead to 3-1 early in the third period.

The Blazers narrowed the gap to 3-2 with 01.48 remaining of the third after a goal from Aurora Opsahl.
