Berg scores twice in Bemidji's win over East Grand Forks

The Bemidji won against the visiting East Grand Forks 8-1 on Saturday.

The first period ended with a 4-1 lead for the Bemidji players.

The Bemidji players scored three goals in second period an held the lead 7-1 going in to the second break.

Ellie Solheim increased the lead to 8-1 late in the third period, assisted by Megan Berg.

On Tuesday, the Bemidji players will play the Grand Rapids-Greenway players at 7 p.m. CST at IRA Civic Center, and the East Grand Forks players will play the Roseau players at 7:30 p.m. CST at East Grand Forks Civic Center.
