Bemidji State win in overtime against Lindenwood

With no decisive score in regulation, the Bemidji State's home game against the Lindenwood ran into overtime on Friday. Bemidji State snatched the win with a final score of 3-2.

The game-winning goal was scored by Bemidji State's Taylor Nelson.

The took the lead in the first period, with a goal scored by Alyssa Watkins. Kendra Fortin and Shelby Breiland assisted.

Rachel Goff scored late in the second period, assisted by Sarah Davies and Thea Jorgensen.

The took the lead 2-1 again when Calli Forsberg found the back of the net after 1:52 in the third period.

The came back and made it 2-2 after Sarah Davies beat the goalie in the period.

In overtime, it took 1:30 before Taylor Nelson scored the game-winner for the home team, assisted by Gabbie Smith.
