Augsburg Auggies win on the road against Saint Mary's Cardinals

A close game saw the Augsburg Auggies just edge out the Saint Mary's Cardinals on Saturday. The final score was 3-2.

Augsburg's Emily Schoeberl scored the game-winning goal.

The Auggies took the lead early into the first period, with a goal from Katie Flynn. Kennedy Stein and Payton Allen assisted.

Jenna Gerold scored early in the second period, assisted by Emily Cronkhite and Payton Allen.

Midway through, the Cardinals made it 2-1 with a goal from Taryn Dornseif.

The Cardinals tied the score 2-2, after only 54 seconds into the third period when Kennedy Kraus netted one, assisted by Allie Urlaub.

Emily Schoeberl took the lead late into the third period, assisted by Nora Stepan and Tenley Stewart.
